How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 19:30 on a working day ship the same day from our fulfilment partner in Rotterdam and arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is € 4.95 and free from € 49.00.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to cancel and return any item, in line with EU consumer law. You may unpack and try it out as you would in a shop; if it loses value beyond that, we may deduct the loss from your refund. We refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return; you pay the cost of sending the item back. Email us and we send you the return address.
